Don was a founder member of the North West Area branch of the G-Scale Society and most recently our hard working and zealous treasurer. His dry wit enlivened a good many conversations, but little escaped him even when chatting, no chance of sneaking in without paying your entrance money at meets! His models were a pleasure to see, often with a touch of that British narrow gauge eccentricity that can be hard to capture, although he often ran some very big locomotives from the modern era too.

Thank you, Don, for all your work and support of our group over many years. You are missed.
